RF Body Tightening
A non-invasive radiofrequency treatment designed to improve skin firmness and elasticity on the body by stimulating natural collagen production — firmer, smoother-looking skin without surgery or downtime.
What It Does
What Is RF Body Tightening?
RF Body Tightening uses advanced radiofrequency technology to gently heat the deeper dermal layers where collagen fibers support the skin's structure. Unlike treatments designed to reduce fat, RF Body Tightening focuses on improving the skin's firmness and texture.
Stimulates new collagen production
Tightens existing collagen fibers
Improves skin elasticity
Supports smoother, firmer skin appearance
Enhances overall skin tone
No surgery, no downtime

Treatment Areas
Areas We Treat with RF Body Tightening
Skin laxity can appear in many areas of the body, especially where collagen naturally declines over time or after weight changes.
RF Body Tightening can help improve skin firmness and elasticity in several commonly treated areas.
Abdomen
Loose or stretched skin in the abdominal area can occur after pregnancy, weight loss, or natural aging. RF energy helps stimulate collagen to support firmer, smoother-looking skin.
Upper Arms
The upper arms are a common area where skin may begin to appear loose or crepey. RF Body Tightening helps improve skin elasticity and tone.
Inner Thighs
Skin on the inner thighs can lose firmness over time. Radiofrequency treatments help support tighter, smoother skin in this area.
Outer Thighs
RF treatments can help improve skin tone and support smoother-looking skin on the outer thighs.
Above the Knees
The skin above the knees is thin and often one of the first areas to show laxity. RF energy helps stimulate collagen and improve skin firmness.
Buttocks
RF Body Tightening can support improved skin tone and smoother-looking skin in the buttock area.
Flanks (Love Handles)
This area can sometimes show loose or softened skin following weight loss or body changes. RF treatments can help improve skin firmness.
During your consultation at Tone & Core, your provider will evaluate your skin and determine which areas may benefit most from treatment.

The Process
What to Expect During Your RF Body Tightening Appointment
Every treatment at Tone & Core begins with a personalized consultation. Your provider will review your medical history, evaluate skin laxity and treatment areas, discuss your aesthetic goals, determine whether RF Body Tightening is appropriate, and develop a customized treatment plan.
The treatment area is cleansed and a conductive gel is applied. This allows the RF device to glide smoothly across the skin while delivering energy safely.
The RF handpiece delivers controlled thermal energy across the treatment area using slow, consistent movements. Patients typically feel a warm sensation during treatment, which many describe as comfortable and relaxing. Treatment sessions generally take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the area treated.
After treatment, skin may feel warm and mild redness may occur temporarily. Most patients return to normal activities immediately. Collagen remodeling continues over the following weeks as the skin gradually tightens.
