What Is Xeomin®?
Xeomin® (incobotulinumtoxinA) is an FDA-approved neuromodulator used to temporarily improve the appearance of facial lines caused by repeated muscle movement. Xeomin® is often referred to as a "purified" neuromodulator because it does not contain accessory proteins — only the active ingredient.

What to Expect During Your Xeomin® Treatment
Every treatment at Tone & Core begins with a personalized consultation. Your provider will review your medical history, evaluate facial muscle movement, discuss your aesthetic goals, and determine whether neuromodulator treatment is appropriate. This consultation ensures treatment is safe, medically appropriate, and aligned with your desired outcome.
Your provider will identify the specific facial muscles responsible for the wrinkles being treated. Injection points are carefully mapped to maintain facial balance and natural expression.
Using a very fine needle, small amounts of Xeomin® are injected into targeted facial muscles. The treatment typically takes 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the number of areas treated. Most patients describe the sensation as small pinches that are quick and well tolerated.
After treatment, Xeomin® begins working to relax the targeted muscles. As muscle activity decreases, the skin above those muscles gradually smooths. The goal is to soften expression lines while preserving natural facial movement.
Results typically begin appearing within 3 to 5 days, with full results visible in about 10 to 14 days. The effects generally last 3 to 4 months, after which muscle activity gradually returns. Maintenance treatments can help maintain results over time.
